Refund Policy
At Abuzar Consultancy, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every service and solution we provide. Our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Service-Based Refunds
As we provide consultancy, software development, and digital business solutions, refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

If the service has not yet been initiated or any resources allocated.

If a duplicate payment was made by mistake.

If the project is canceled by Abuzar Consultancy due to unforeseen internal reasons.
Once a service has been initiated or delivered, no refund will be issued as the work involves dedicated time and professional effort.
2. Software / Digital Product Refunds
For software systems (like payroll, accounting, or business automation tools):

Refunds are eligible only if the product is not delivered or the license is not activated.

No refund will be provided once the software has been installed, accessed, or customized for your business.

Any technical issues will be resolved through support and maintenance, not through refund.
3. Subscription and Renewal Refunds

Subscription or maintenance renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.

Customers are advised to cancel their renewal before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel a service by contacting us within 24 hours of payment if work has not started.
Cancellation requests can be sent via email with your payment details and service information.
5. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

The amount will be refunded through the same payment method used during the original transaction.
