Once a client confirms an order or project, the terms outlined in this policy apply automatically.

3. Order Confirmation

Once confirmed, the project or service delivery will follow the timeline agreed upon in the proposal.

Any changes in project scope after confirmation may result in additional charges or revised deadlines.
4. Delivery and Implementation

Digital products are delivered via email, secure download link, or cloud access.

Software implementation includes installation, setup, and initial training or support where applicable.

Delivery timeframes depend on the project size, complexity, and client cooperation.
5. Customization and Revisions

Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

Minor revisions are included within a defined revision period after project completion.
6. Refunds and Cancellations

Once services have commenced or software has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
7. Warranty and Support
